iFactory and Oxford University Press Launch the SIPRI Yearbook Online

BOSTON—August 17, 2010—iFactory, an award-winning web design and development firm, and Oxford University Press, the largest continuously operating university press in the world, are thrilled to announce the launch of the 2010 SIPRI Yearbook Online – the authoritative source of data and analysis on security and conflicts, military spending and armaments, and non-proliferation, arms control and disarmament.

Built on iFactory's epublishing platform, PubFactory, the 41st edition of the SIPRI Yearbook includes a focus on the conflict in Afghanistan, the impact of the global financial crisis and nuclear disarmament. Coverage of 2009 developments such as military expenditure, international arms transfers, and multilateral arms embargoes, as well as special studies on a world without nuclear weapons, and armed conflict, are also included.
